System Repair System Repair, with system repair we replace your missing or corrupted system files with a new one, this service leaves all of your files and programs intact. This service will not remove viruses or speed up your computer. Operating system install/upgradeInstall or upgrade your operating system (example windows vista to 7),operating system must be provided or extra charges apply. System Restore and Virus Removal System Restore and Virus Removal, this is done if system repair does not work, this process restores your computer to its original condition from when you first purchased the unit, this will help make your unit run faster and smoother. All files and programs placed onto the computer after purchase are removed, this will also remove all viruses from your computer and is the best way to remove them.	2-3 hours	$40
System Restore with Backup System Restore with Backup, restores the computer to its original condition but all files you request will be saved before computer is wiped. Choose this option if your operating system is corrupted. This option does not save programs you may have installed, however I will re-install any softawre provided.	4-6 hours	$80
File Backup or Data Transfer File Backup and Data Transfer, Do you have hundreds of files that you would like to backup? Did you recently buy a storage device to back up your information but don't know where to start? With this service, we will back up all of your requested files onto any device you supply even a new computer . Don't have a storage device? Don't know what kind of device to get? Let us know and for an additional $25 plus the cost of the device, we will pick up a storage device for you and back up your files to the device, (Estimated cost $120, 320 GB external hard drive is included in the price). We will even transfer VHS tapes or video's from Video cameras to DVD for you.	2-4 hours	$40
Software installation With this service we will install your computer programs.Software must be provided, otherwise addition costs will apply.	1 hour	$10
PC Cleaning With this service, we clean the shell, screen, keyboard and internal hardware of the unit. This service is provided free of charge with any repair service.	1 hour	$10
Windows Boot disc (Vista and 7) Windows Boot disc for windows vista and windows 7, Want to purchase a boot disc for your computer? With a Windows boot disc you can repair or restore your computer when your operating system is not working.	30 minutes	$10
Hardware Installation Hardware installation, Is a service we provide to upgrade Ram to speed up your computer, replace a broken power supply in your desktop and other upgrades (ask for details). Price does not include the cost of the hardware, an additional $25 plus the cost of the hardware will be included into the total price unless you provide the hardware.	1-2 hours	$20
